If you’re asking yourself if you should use a travel agent, the answer is: YES!!!
This is my first time using a travel agent and it has been the best experience.
Starting off Mousketrips made it super easy to fill out a quote form. They get back to you quickly. I heard back in less than 24 hours!
My agent is Irene Vane and she has been super helpful. Although this is my third Disney cruise, this is the first one I actually booked so it was a lot to think about and Irene has made it super easy.
To begin, she showed me different room types and their price. She also included the price of two stateroom (at my request) which was super helpful.
Every time I had a question she was able to help and answered. Even when she was on vacation, I was able to get an answer from her quickly and if there was something I needed something done, she did it as soon as she back home.
She was able to get my family the Disney + deal which is a super great deal and had I not booked with a travel agent we probably would missed out.
We haven’t set sail yet but I already booked my Disney World trip with her for next year!
It costs no extra to book with an agent so do it!

We worked with Irene Vane to book our first Disney Cruise and it was absolutely perfect. She took care of all the hard work and all we had to do was show up and have fun. Our kids had the best time on the boat as well as in Disney World and Irene recommended places for breakfast and dinner and we were so glad to have those reservations. This was my 2 young children's first trip to Disney World. I wanted it to be as close to perfect as possible so I decided to use a Disney travel agency. I did some research (as I have never used a Disney Travel agency) and went with Mouseketrips. I definitely made the right choice. Irene Vane went out of her way to help plan our trip and to provide all of the guidance necessary to make our trip great and the planning less stressful. Every time I’ve thought about planning a Disney trip, I’ve gotten too overwhelmed and said maybe next year...
Until I found Irene Vane that is-and she made planning the trip part of the fun. Irene was so patient with me and our various family needs! Traveling with a family group aged 4-71 with various mobility issues, food allergies and other limiting allergies, I realized that we needed a lot of specifications met to accommodate our group. Irene Vane was SO patient with us as she provided us with advice, quotes, and more quotes! She helped us set up everything we needed!
Irene was always friendly and eager to help. She has been in contact with us since booking the trip just to check in and see if there was anything more we needed to make the most of our very first Disney experience.

Irene has been fantastic to work with in booking our vacation! We started working with her in 2019 to book an Oct 2020 trip which we ended up pushing back. During that time, Irene was very helpful in navigating the constantly changing Disney health policies and updating our reservation as our originally booked resort was closed. When we finally were able to take our vacation, we were so thrilled with our experience that we emailed Irene as we drove home and booked another trip for this coming April.
