With the days growing colder, a Disney movie night is a wonderful way to bring the family together as you await your next Disney vacation. Here are some ideas to help you escape the cold and create a cozy, magical evening at home.

Choose a movie the whole family can enjoy together.
Classic Favorites: Choose timeless films like "The Lion King," "Beauty and the Beast," or "Aladdin."
Recent Releases: Include newer hits like "Moana 2" or "Raya and the Last Dragon."
Pixar Picks: Don't forget about beloved Pixar films such as "Toy Story" and "Coco."
Create a cozy atmosphere to enjoy the movie
Blankets and Pillows: Create a comfortable viewing area with plenty of soft blankets and pillows. Everyone will love these Disney pillow cases from Kitsch. Check out this Disney throw from Jay Franco, it's so soft!
Dim Lighting: Use fairy lights or soft lamps to set a magical ambiance.
Scented Candles: Consider lighting some Disney-themed scented candles for added warmth. Magic Candle Company has a great line of candles that will make you feel like you have been transported at your favorite Disney attraction.

Consider themed snacks
Popcorn Bar: Set up a popcorn station with various toppings like cheese, caramel, and chocolate. This Dash Disney Mickey and Minnie popcorn maker is so cute and in theme with the evening!
Make Disney Sundaes: You'll feel like you are at Beaches & Cream Soda Shop with these adorable Dash Disney personal ice cream maker mugs. They are perfectly portioned and easy to use.
Character and Movie Themed Treats: Make snacks inspired by Disney characters, such as Mickey Mouse-shaped cookies or the movie you are watching. Watching Beauty and the Beast? Check out my recipe for The Grey Stuff. This Disney Parks cookbook is loading with tons of fun recipes the whole family will enjoy.
Hot Chocolate: Serve warm hot chocolate in Disney mugs with whipped cream and sprinkles. I love this princess camper mug!

Fun Activities
Costume Dress-Up: Encourage everyone to wear Disney-themed pajamas or costumes.
Sing-Alongs: Have a karaoke session with popular Disney songs. Take turns belting out "Let it Go" and let the good times roll.
Craft Time: Create Disney-themed crafts before or after the movie.
